Brave Detroiters battled the North Easter winds whipping the city at 45 miles per hour to show up and show out at WWE Monday Night Raw at Joe Louis Arena. It was cold and brisk but that didn't stop die hard WWE fans! Fans held home made banners wishing John Cena a Happy 35th Birthday!
YES YES YES! It was a Birthday Celebration for one of WWE's most famous Wrestlers. Happy Birthday was sung in multiple languages. The 4 hour show was packed with so much entertainment my head was spinning by the time I exited the arena.
My boys have always been avid watchers of Monday night Raw. But as they said and I realized, what you see on TV is entertaining, but nothing like the LIVE show!
When Alberto Del Rio rolled out on the stage in a Porsche I was "Flabbergasted." It was so "Detroit" and we Loved it!
My favorite part of the extravaganza was Live Mas! The "Funkadactyl's with their flexible dances and Hornsswoggles when he bit that ladies bottom?!!, I literally Laughed out Loud! It was hilarious! I Loved it!
Oh, oh did I mention the "fireworks"? YES YES YES Fireworks! They were so loud and we were so close we could feel the heat! EXCUSE ME? LOL
I could go on and on giving you all the fun parts of the show, but that would be the entire show! When WWE Monday Night Raw makes their way to your town, come out and represent. This is definitely a show that should be on everyone's "bucket list."
Disclosure: I received tickets in exchange for this post. All opinions are my own.
