Rid the Rats Nest with the Plug Hub

Living in an older home has it's pros and cons. One of the cons is we have a shortage of electrical outlets. Yup, a shortage.Wattt?? We have two outlets per room. I'm sure almost a 100 years ago when this house was built two (2) outlets were more than enough, maybe even excessive. Fast forward a 100 years, and Houston we have a problem.
A problem because we have a TV, a cable box, a game system, a lamp, a power cord, and a CD player. Yikes! The miles and miles of cords, is a hideous site in my living room. But what could I do? Every item plugged in is needed. I tried to use plastic ties to corral the cords, but that only succeeded in making it look like a giant cable, snaking it's way across the room.
Then, one day I'm perusing Facebook and what do I find? A Facebook Fan Page for the Plug Hub. The Plug Hub? Sounds like something I need to look further into, that's for sure. So I did. Plug hub is an under-desk cord management station that hides your power strip and cords in one discreet unit. Just wrap your computer and electrical cables around the three integrated cord anchors, then place the Plug Hub directly over your power strip, or mount it to a wall.

I actually met the inventor of the Plug Hub, Jared Joyce! The Inventor, wow! The only inventors I've met prior were, uhm let me see,,,hmmm none! I've never met an inventor before. Not only did Jared invent the Plug-hub, he's invented a lot of other gidgets and gadgets. If you have an invention, Jared can put you in contact with Quirky.com  A new company getting your inventions from the recesses of your mind to the consumer's home .Or to see some more of Jared's inventions (he lists a new invention each week) visit him on Facebook. Jared was kind enough to send me a Plug Hub for review.
No longer do I have to feel embarrassed about the never ending cords cluttering my living room. They are all neatly tucked behind the Plug Hub.
Disclosure: I received one or more of the above products for the purpose of review. All opinions are my own.
