I am a purse girl. I absolutely LOVE purses. They help me to lug around all the things I feel I can't be left without when I'm away from home. When I was younger and before the boys' I spent a lot of money on purses. Now, not so much. However, I don't buy nor do I carry cheap purses.
I recently received a Mojave Aster Leather Hobo bag from Frontier Outfitters.com Let me just start off by saying when the purse arrived and I opened it up, the scent of Genuine Leather wafting up to my nose was a pleasure. The craftsmanship of the purse is astounding. So much Love and detail went into the making of this purse.
This purse is made by Wrangler, career craftsman. Notice the rivets at the base of the purse? They serve a dual purpose. Design or decoration of course, but they also act a s a buffer. Purses are known to be thrown or sat down without a second thought. The rivets protect the fabric of the purse against rough or hard surfaces. Also the bottom of the purse is a darker shade of brown than the rest of the purse.
This helps retard against stains that would ruin the lighter colored fabric. I could go on for days pointing out the time and intricate detail that went into the making of this purse. I love the roominess of the inside and the extra deep inside pocket. I throw my keys and change in it so they aren't lost in oblivion (the bottom of the purse). I've never been one to accuse myself of being a "Western Themed Gal" but I couldn't deny the sure Beauty of this purse. It's versatile in that I can wear it during the day for business or I can wear in the evenings on a "Movie Date", with the hubs. The places I can carry this purse are endless. I'm only limited by my own imagination.
