Week 12 of 28 on #Nutrisystem #NutrisystemNation


I knew it had to happen, eventually. I gained 2 pounds over the past week. I've been running around doing errands and just really out of my daily routine. I would get up early and leave out not taking the time to have my Nutrisystem shake or anything in the morning.
Then, by mid afternoon, I'm hungry as a hostage and end up eating fast food from the nearest restaurant. I thought I was making good choices, but the skipping of meals and not exercising really showed me I have to stay regimented. I need to Stick with my current routine, because it Works. So, in light of my recent weight gain I have decided to not let anything allow me to stray away from my #Nutrisystem Path. If I have to get up earlier or plan better the night before then that's what I'll do. I have no desire to gain any more weight back that I've lost. I'm glad I was able to identify the problem right away, and I'm also glad I have a plan to fix the problem. A minor bump in my road to Nutrisystem Weight-Loss Success. I accept the challenge!
