I recently
received Red Devil Flat Irons sold by Flat Iron Experts. Right away, I noticed the
difference between these flat irons and others I’ve owned in the past. The Red
Devil flat irons were a lot slimmer than my former purchases. The size of the
actual iron is important because beauticians say; you should use small sections
when flat ironing your hair. When the actual iron is slimmer it makes it very
easy to flatten or iron smaller sections of hair.
Years ago I
started using flat irons when I wanted to give my hair a professional straight
look, without paying the salon price. Flat irons, when used properly really
smooth out every curl. One thing to remember when purchasing flat irons, they
are not all created the same. A girlfriend of mine once burnt out a patch of
hair using flat irons. She purchased some flat irons that were not electric.
They actually went on the stove. She inadvertently left them on the stove too
long. When she went to straighten a sectioned off piece of hair the entire
piece of hair was left in the flat iron. How awful was that?
The Red
Devil flat irons are electric and have a built in cut-off sensor. This allows
for a more controlled heat. If the irons are left on for too long without being
in use, they turn off. This is all known to the user via an indicator light
which blinks red/green. Whew! That’s a relief! At least I know I don’t have to
EVER worry about losing a “chunk” of hair because I was running my mouth and
not paying attention to the heat emanating from my flat irons. LOL
Another
caveat of the Red Devil flat irons is they come with a little portable stand to
hold the flat irons. The portable stand goes anywhere and protects any surface
you’re using to set down the flat irons on while not in use. No more burn marks
left on the bathroom sink.
you should
use a thermally protective spray. This protects the shaft of your hair against
breakage and damage.
Overall, I
am thoroughly pleased with the Red Devil Flat Irons by Flat Iron Experts. The
flat irons exceeded all pre-conceived expectations I had. If you are looking
