For the past few weeks I've been getting the boys' ready for back to school. Shopping and doing wayy more than my usual. During my kicked up schedule, in the back of my throat I could feel a little scratch, but I ignored it. But as they say you can only ignore it for so long. So for a few days last week I was pretty much flat on my back in bed. Complete with chills, a stuffy nose and horrible malaise. I didn't gain or lose any pounds. I ate as much of my Nutrisystem Foods as my body would allow. This week I'm feeling a little better but not much, definitely not back to Myself. So I will continue to take it easy before I get back into the swing of things. I think I definitely need to add some form of vitamins to my daily routine though.
Besides, I'm ready for another Nutrisystem Bear! I only have two and I definitely need at least two more before my weeks are up. I am not lying down and becoming complacent with my weight loss so far, I have pounds to go before I sleep, and pounds to go before I sleep!
