Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish Review & Things I've Always Wanted to Do!

Have you read Fifty Shades of Grey? I mean I'm sure their is someone who lives under a rock in New Zealand who hasn't actually read it, yet. LOL.
Well for Fans of Fifty Shades of Grey, I think you're gonna Love Fifty Two Shades of Blue-ish is a very funny parody written by Karen S. Exkorn, corporate trainer, mom, author, speech writer, jazz  instructor and autism advocate.
When I was in the 5th grade many many years ago, I had the most intense crush on the singer Prince.I can remember the day I learned about him like it was yesterday. We were all sitting in Art class and my friend Tanya Brown pulled out a record album cover, (Yeah, I'm that old!) It was Prince's Dirty Mind album cover. For those of you not familiar with the album, it pictures a shirtless Prince with the biggest afro, ever and those INTENSE sexy eyes. I was Immediately in Love! Every album, single, magazine he was in, I OWNED it.
He was "my man" and NO Other man would ever do for me. My bedroom was covered in Prince memorabilia. I was the President of his Detroit Fan Club, of course. I gladly stood on the dresser in my bedroom to tape ALL of his album covers on my ceiling, a feat that took me an entire Saturday morning. I did this, so when I woke in the morning and looked up at my ceiling he was there staring right back at me.
Once when I was in high school I stood in line overnight in the rain to purchase tickets to an impromptu Birthday Concert, (I felt all of my letters convinced him to come). I mean their was Nothing I wouldn't do for this man. A few years ago Prince joined Twitter. He stated he would only follow a few fans. I immediately told him who I was (of course he knew already right?) I reminded him of the Birthday Concert he held in which out of character for him he wore a Mustard Yellow Mens Suit. Once I tweeted this to him, he Followed me on twitter! That had been the most interaction I've had with him in years. Unfortunately over the years I've never had the opportunity to actually meet my idol in person and just sit back and have a chat.
Prince's favorite color is Purple, just like mine. His favorite food is macaroni and cheese and so is mine. With so many things in common, even though I'm married now, I know we could be the best of friends. If I only had the opportunity, would I do it?
When author Karen S. Exkorn set out to write an erotic humor novel, she had just turned 52 and felt she had finally reached a stage in her life where it was time to do all things she was afraid or embarrassed to share in public.   A woman of many shades, Exkorn, now keeps a list of things outside her comfort zone that she wants to try NOW ( which she NEVER refers to as a bucket list because,  let’s face it, anything with the word “die” in it isn’t all that fun.)  Recent “check-offs” from her list include “Meet Beyonce”, “Flashing a truck driver” and  “Go on a date with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.”  The author calls upon all women to grab a pen, channel their inner princesses and start making their own lists too.
